Very friendly staff, its cosy like being at home, nothing is too.much trouble , locals and regulars are in there always a pleasure to chat to, Most of staff have been there a long time, and clearly enjoy what they do I often see the owners in there having a drink with the locals. Nice cosy fire , its tge highlight of my week popping into the horn and trumpet on a friday night on the way home ........
Top rooms great staff. Made very welcome. let's you take your takeaway in the bar and supply plates and cutlery ideal for working away from home or road trip also works with Indian next door supplying the beer with your Indian Well worth a try

My favourite place to drink in Bewdley. The staff are friendly, the people who drink there are friendly, good selection of drinks, cobs and bar snacks. The drinks aren't expensive to today's standards and the outside space is beautiful perfect for winter with a log burner.
Charming pub to stay at in the centre of Bewdley. Great value for money - warm and comfortable beds, plenty of toiletries, tea and coffee facilities and a telly in the room. Bit noisy on the weekend evenings, but this wasn't surprising as it's a wonderfully bustling pub. Once it closes for the night, it's very peaceful. The staff were very friendly and made everything clear - I would recommend this place to anybody looking to spend a couple of nights in the town.
A cracking place. Old fashioned pub with decent rooms, right in the middle of town. I'll have given it 5 stars based on what it is trying to be and what it is, but if you want actual 5-star, jog on... If you want good value and decent rooms, this is the place.! The only thing missing was breakfast, but there are options in town for that. This was our 2nd stay... we'll be back again!
